Hey there, beautiful souls! I am Presha, a passionate yoga teacher and fitness coach who traded the corporate hustle for a life dedicated to health and wellness. Today, I want to share my wellness journey and also shed some light on a battle many women face—endometriosis.
For the last two decades, I've dealt with the challenges of severe endometriosis. This chronic condition causes inflammation, pain, and sometimes fertility issues.
About four years ago, I took a leap of faith. I bid farewell to my corporate job and immersed myself in the world of health and fitness. It wasn't just a career change; it was a commitment to my own healing and a desire to empower others facing similar battles.
Today, I proudly say that I am a full-time yoga teacher and health and fitness coach. The transformation has been more than physical; it's been a journey of self-love, empowerment, and embracing a holistic approach to well-being.
