“My goal was to get active again after my postpartum period. My goal was also to lose fat and once I started working with Presha, these goals seemed possible and that was already an achievement for me. The program she designed was so flexible and customized that I never had to worry about my workouts. The exercises were easy to follow with her attention on every form and detail of the exercise. I already lost some kilos in a month which was a huge accomplishment for me. She not only cares about my current goals, but also trained me on how to follow a healthy exercise routine which I can follow everyday in my life. This has brought stability and balance in my Body. I have most importantly noticed my core strength improvement and the balance improvement in my body. As a new mother, it was challenging sometimes to maintain consistency in the workouts, however Presha introduced flexible timings whenever possible which made it easier for me to not to miss any session. I joined Presha's yoga classes as an effort to stay active during the Covid lockdown times. I was a beginner when I joined having little knowledge and experience in Yoga. I always wanted to learn yoga and I'm so glad to have found an amazing teacher in Presha. She is friendly yet professional and very encouraging and supportive. “I started my yoga journey with Presha a few months ago and I consider it as one of my best decisions. I am so happy to join Yoga practice with Presha and I noticed the difference just after few classes. Earlier it used to be energy-less evenings after work or just tired days throughout, but now I feel fitter and stronger physically and mentally. I love practicing yoga in person with Presha. She is very understanding and patient and she would correct my poses, which really helped me to improve my practice and to not get injured. I noticed more strength in my arms and my core. There were some movements and poses that I was not able to do at the beginning, and then I could do them, which felt like an accomplishment. She would also look to challenge me introducing new poses, but being very patient if I wasn’t able to do them.
I am very happy to have found Presha. She is a great teacher, very nice person and I absolutely love my classes with her. I would highly recommend her to anyone who wants to connect with themselves and practice yoga.

It was a wonderful experience to be in Presha's Yoga Classes. My favorite thing about the classes was that the sessions were well-planned and they focused on stretching and strengthening the body overall. I feel that my body doesn't feel so tight and closed off any longer, and also I feel I can perform everyday physical tasks easily now. I liked the outdoor sessions, feeling the sunlight and fresh air and practicing Yoga surrounded by nature. I also liked that Presha didn't push us too hard and knew that our bodies were opening up so she asked us to take it lightly.
